It is attached to the dash brace to the left of the steering column behind the dash.

It looks like the old style flasher, round with two pins.

Tested. The Orange wire shows bright , the brown shows dim

Does the light go out when you pull the turn fuse?

It does not .it stays on even with the indicater switch in nuetral

So that was not the turn flasher, rather I think it was the hazard flasher.

What panel is this? I have looked everywhere under the dash , and only see the one flasher.

Under to the left of the steering column.
I believe it is above the hazard flasher.
