On your printer, press the arrow keys until you reach the Tests Menu option.
Press OK and use the right arrow until you see Clean Heads
Press OK and the printheads will clean.
A page will print out and after it is printed out. Try printing again and let me know the results

Try running the Auto Reg Adjust then try printing a page
You mentioned that you spoke with Xerox directly. What was their response?
I am shocked to hear that they stopped troubleshooting after sending cartridges; it is more likely that you spoke to a basic level position and not a tech level employee.
The next step would be replacing the drum or another internal component. I would suggest that you reach back out to them so they can send you those parts free of charge.
