I have a is no longer showing u on my Devices and Printers screen. I cannot find a disk to reload it. Can I buy another disk?
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: D110a Model CN731A ... more than 5 years
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I just tried to print today... I usually only use it for copying. I have unpluged, restarted and turned it off an on.
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No ... just can you supply me with an installation disk since I am an 80 year old computer illiterate and need all the help I can get
