Are you with a branded station? Who processes your credit cards?
Talking to me won't help, need to talk to CardConnect. What is happening is there is a discrepancy between what the Ruby (local) is saying you took in on credit card transactions, and what CardConnect (host), says you took in. Perhaps there was a card transaction that appears on the ruby that didn't make it to the host, CardConnect. It would be wise to call them about the difference and see if they can explain.
