Trying to scan on my Pixma MG7550 and I get message "set the PC to start scanning". I've never had this before it always worked fine. Any suggestions?

I'm sorry about the issue. Is printing currently working fine?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?

Is the printer connected to the computer with a USB cable? Or is the connection wireless?

When you open the (Canon) IJ Scan Utility program on your computer and use it to scan, what happens?
