Have not used the scanner of my printer for ages get to save/forward and then go round in circles. Need help. Judith
my PIXMA MG 6250 What else would help you?

Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

If you have a Windows computer, try going to the Canon software installed on it, and open

MP Navigator EX

(if you have that program - if not, look for 'Canon Scan') and try managing the scan with that program. It is the Canon standard program for managing scans with your type of printer.

If an error message comes up, note it down and let me know.

If you do not have either program, let me know whether you have a Windows PC or an Apple computer, and what version of Windows (or, of MAC OS X) is installed on it.
