Hello. My name is Michael. I will assist you with your question.

The first thing I would do is unplug the printer and leave it unplugged for a few minutes. Restart the computer in the meantime. After it starts up, plug the printer back in and connect if it was previously connected.

If none of that halps and if you are using this as a standalone copier, it is most likely a failed LCD display, but I would need to know more about the issue to know that for sure. Is there any way you can snap a picture of what the panel looks like and then we can continue to troubleshoot.
