Hi, thank you for contacting JustAnswer.com. My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.
There are three filters to check on your model of machine.
Any one of them may be clogged with dust, and/or have its area obstructed, and/or the fan that drives air through them might be defective, too.
The first filter is a common dust filter, it is large.
The second one is in the door, the third is hanging in the bottom of the exhaust shield on the rear of the machine.
When replacing filters you may need to go into Service Mode and reset the counters, since the machine does not sense the replacement of filters.
