What is the make/model of the printer? Are you using new/genuine cartridges, or are they generic or ones you've refilled yourself?

The Printer is "Brother MFC-9320CW" - only original cartridges are used!

You mentioned refilling the cartridges, did you mean you added additional toner to an existing cartridge, or that you actually replaced them with new full cartridges?
As an initial step, have you tried drum cleaning yet?
