Thanks for your patience, I have the files now and are just uploading them, just a quick qusetion: were you trying to install this printer directly connected to the Mac with a USB cable, or trying to install the printer on the network so you could print to it wirelessly?Bernie K.41099.1005054745

I apologize for the delay, this one took longer to upload for some reason, please click HERE. Then download and open the scanner driver there and install it. This is one more additional scanner driver that might be needed. If it's still giving issues, press Go at the top of your screen > Applications > Double click Preview > Click the File menu and pick Import from Scanner OrPress Go at the top of your screen > Applications > Find and open Image Capture > Click your scanner on the right > Click the scan button If that doesn't work, go back to applications and double click preview > Click the File menu > Import from Scanner IF you see it, select the networked devices option > Click File > Import from Scanner again > Click your scanner listed thereI'll stand by, thank you.Bernie K.41099.1444545139
