All I know,it is switch on,does copy O.K Ink O.K But will not scan. I have no disk. John

What maker and model # XX XXXX scanner?

Has the scanner ever worked before, with this computer? how about with any other computer? how new is the scanner in question?

What type of computer do you have (i.e., is it Windows PC, or Apple?)

What operating system version do you have on your computer?

With this information I should be able to help you with your scanner problem.
