It's possible that you will need to uninstall and reinstall the PC FAX software or the whole software suite for your Epson Workforce printer. Please inform me whether you have a Windows PC or an Apple computer. If it is a Windows PC, then please go toStart - Control Panel - Systemon your PC, and let me know what the Windows type/version now running on your PC is. Also please check for the 'System Type', which should be about half-way down the System info window, and should be either 32-bit or 64-bit. Thanks.(If an Apple computer, please click on the multicolored apple logo, then choose About This Mac, and read off the 10.X.x MAC OS X version #. Thanks.)
I have Windows XP 32BIT.Version 2002.I have unistalled and reinstalled several times, and I still have the same problem.
Then you don't need to try it again I guess. Is the error message always the same? and is it really(There is a problem with the parameters for the database library)or is that an inexact rendering of the error with some words left out or changed ? (I ask because I cannot find that error message associated with Windows - it usually comes up on MAC OS systems / Apple computers.)You might have a wrong setting somewhere in the Epson fax utility on your computer. Check them all, ask me about any you're not certain of.
The error is always the same. The Fax Utility is downloaded from The Epson downloads. So it should be correct.
