how do i fix transfer belt error on samsung clx printer?

You will need to enter Technician Mode on the printer.

You press Menu, # XXXXX 1934 , then menu.

In technician mode you will find a consumables counter , transfer belt will be there, you can reset it. Wait 30 seconds and turn off and on.

Try a test. These machines allow a 60k image for the belts.

They should be replaced at this time, as it can degrade the drum and developer in the machine if not replaced.

cant get to technician mode

there is no menu button...tried the one on top of ok counter but does not see to work

found the consumibles bit

says 22813 images but dont know how to reset

Once you are in the mode where you can see consumables,in tech mode there is a reset option. I believe you just press the menu key once more for the reset screen.
