I am 28 and have a partial hysterectomy due to an emergency

Customer Question

I am 28 and have a partial hysterectomy due to an emergency situation. I now have consistent cyst in my ovaries that are very large and painful. Once one pops another is automatically formed. They also found fluid behind my cervix. I take Metformin and on birth control to help with the cyst. They never go away the pain is sometimes unbearable and the medication is not working not even the projestrone. I also sometimes bleed and clot. What is going on with me and what can this be? I live in a small town and seem to be thrown with I have I.B.S and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrom and pain medications. I think there is a bigger problem like Cervical Cancer?

have you considered surgical removal of the ovaries?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Because I am so young I don't want to go through menopause. Could it be a cancer?
Expert:  DocPhilMD replied 1 month ago.

No I highly doubt it

they would have seen it on scan or ultrasound?
