Ob-Gyn questions? Ask a gynecologist online.
Hi. Welcome to JustAnswer. My name is Uzair.I am reviewing your post and will get back to your reply momentarily.
Menstrual like cramps after menopause is something to be thoroughly evaluated as it can be due to number of reasons involving reproductive tract including fibroids, endometriosis or any growth inside uterus. I would recommend you to see your gynecologist for full examination and a scan to rule out anything serious. You can take mafenemic acid tablet meanwhile for cramping.
Hope this helps.
