JA: Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
Customer: am so freaked out not yet, I jus tried a home remedy today.. applied turmeric and coconut oil I have this since the past two days
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: I m 26 and not had anything like this before am not sexually active for the last 5yrs

It pains only when touched and no itchy feeling

It seems like there is a small abscess in the area which feels like lump and painful to touch.It can be due to anal fissure though. I would recommend you to see your doctor for thorough examination for exact diagnosis and apply bacitracin ointment over the area.
