Weight loss, which can improve metabolic risk, restore ovulatory cycles and possibly improve live birth rates, is the first-line intervention for most women
If they are unable to lose weight or modest weight loss does not restore ovulatory cycles, we suggest initiating ovulation induction with clomiphene citrate for women with a BMI <30
I am here to help you and I wish you best health,

healthy way to lose weight is one pound per week,
decreasing calorie intake anlong with exercise is the way to go.
decreas calorie intake to 1500 per day. if you google calorie counter, you can essentially count calories on anything you eat.
have a fixed regular meal. ( skipping meals and then eating a large meal wont help)
exercise regularly, at least 30 mins a day 5 days a week
you will start seeing the effect in 3-5 weeks
do not eat sweets at all
you should avoid sweets at all, if you want to lose weight.
sweets are the main culprits for weight gain. all sweet we eat gets converted to fat
