Hello -

No KEFLEX would not be advised to treat that MYCOPLASMA species

Options may incde erythromycin / Azithromycin/ BIAXIN/ doxycycline...

An antibiotic for this atypical bacteria is needed

Cephalosporins would not be indicated for that type infection
