it´s normal to see the blood inside your uterus during menstruation. Free liquid generally is no problem there, but maybe it has been a cyst, or an inflammation. Then I would recommend an ultrasound control after the next period, further treatment then depends on the result.

I am sorry I am confused so its not bad to have fluid in your uterus?
Expert:  Dr Norbert Scheufele replied 2 months ago.

if it´s free liquid it could be due to a bursted cyst and should leave without problems. So it´s no serious reason to worry, just await the further control.

What is free liquid as you mentioned?
Expert:  Dr Norbert Scheufele replied 2 months ago.

I mean if it´s free floating liquid like menstrual blood and not infolded by a cyst.
