In my opinion you should undergo a urine routine and urine culture test for proper diagnosis and management.
In many females urinary tract infection is recurrent and this can be the case with you but bacteria causing infection may be resistant to ciprofloxacin and you should undergo a urine culture and sensitivity test to detect the bacterial involved and antibiotic sensitivity.
Based upon the report your doctor may want to prescribe appropriate treatment.
Also you can drink cranberry juice as well.
