Hello

This is Dr. Bonilla, experienced in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary and Critical Care.

I understand your concerns. Are you taking a birth control pill? When was your last menstrual period? Are you regular?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
I have been Ocella for almost 2 months. And my cycles are still trying to get on track. I spot during the month before I actually start a period. I'm not even in the non active pills yet but have started to bleed

In that case is unlikely for you to be pregnant. Spotting is a normal side effect during the first couple of months when you start birth control pills. You are protected 7 days after you started the pills. Let me know if you have any other questions.
