I understand your concern.

Well as you describe,it's Mammary duct ectasia due to hormonal imbalance after hystrectomy/menopause.

Ectasia is a benign (noncancerous) breast condition.

It occurs when a milk duct beneath your nipple widens, the duct walls thicken and the duct fills with fluid. The milk duct may become blocked or clogged with a thick, sticky substance. The condition often causes no symptoms, but some women may have nipple discharge.

Probably stimulation of the both glands resulted in discharge and i do think this should be normal.

Still at your age a routine mammography is advised as a part of annual physical examination.

Let me know if you have any further query so we can discuss it thoroughly in every aspect.
Waiting for your response.
It’s my pleasure to continue this conversation until you satisfy.
