Customer Question

I usually have middle pains so I know I am ovulating. I can usually feel them on one side but this month there was just a general cramping in my lower abdomen around the middle of my cycle. Is this still middle pains even if I didn't feel it in just one side?

this is Dr. David

most likely you ovulated or you could have ovulated on both sides this month which can cause general cramping in your lower abdomen not just on one side.
