Hi and welcome.

Frequent urination can be the earliest symptom of pregnancy because of sudden rise in pregnancy hormones but as the time passes body get used to pregnancy hormones somehow so frequency can decrease a bit. But It is not anything to worry about. So calm down.

I have been having abdominal pains usually when I walk around as well. Reducing pregnancy symptoms is that a worry. I have had a miscarriage before.

Thanks for reply.

If you think your symptoms are reducing and you feel pain while walking then you need to see your gynecologist so that thorough examination and scan can be done to look at the progress of pregnancy.

Is this a sign that the baby is not developing or is this a sign that the body is adapting. The symptoms are still there but just reduced. No bleeding at all

Hello

Everything you describe is normal.

This assumes you have had an exam and good perinatal care from your doctor.

If these symptoms were to increase, and increase, then it would be a concern.

Early in pregnancy, even into mid pregnancy sometimes, these are normal.

However, I also sense a great deal of anxiety.

If so, you need to learn cognitive behavioral therapy.

This is non drug, and effective.

Being anxious is not good for the pregnancy.
