I had an intrevaginal ultra sound 2 weeks ago the result was that the radiologist said I had fluid in the cervical canal,fluid in the endrometrium and the myometrium is inhomogeneous, no pelvic fluid or masses I hace had no vaginal bleeding I am 72 years of age and went through menopause approx. 20 years ago I would appreciate your inpu thank you

this could be a completely normal uterus for you.

usually uterine cancer will cause uterine bleeding and blood in the uterus.

I would ask for an MRI scan of your pelvis and uterus to see if that can give any more information about your uterus.

that fluid in the uterus could be blood or seroma fluid which can be normal.
