Hello, I'm Dr Manos, obgyn. Have you had pregnancies or have you been on some type of contraception in the recent past?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No this will be my first one. No contraception either

How long have you not conceived? How predictable are your cycles

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
They come every month on time. We just started trying
Expert:  Dr Ted Manos replied 1 year ago.

You may be pregnant and it didn't show the pregnancy hormone yet or this cycle may be off and your period will be delayed. You could be evaluated by a gyn doctor but at this point see what happens with this cycles and for the next cycle get an ovulation kit to see if there is a surge in what it measures at ovulation. Getting pregnant on this cycle would be good.

When should I test again if I still haven't gotten my menstrual cycle
Expert:  Dr Ted Manos replied 1 year ago.

Try it next Thursday and if negative you will have to wait on your period
