Hello,

Please continue to take the pill until you finish the pack. You will not get your period on the due date this month but only after you have finished the pack. This delay in the period will not affect you in any way.

If you stop the pack after taking one or two, you may get some hormonal imbalance with irregular spotting or bleeding.

ok after i finish this pack do i take the other pack right on i mean i don't wait or anything just take the white and then the yellow on the new pack? how long would i need to wait for the birth control pill to be effective against pregnancy? is it like 7 days or a month and what will it be since i did it wrong?

If you are on the 28 pill pack, then you need to take the second pack as soon as you finish the first one - you will get your periods while you are on the last 7 pills.

The birth control pills become effective after 7 days of constant use of the pills, even if you started it wrong.
