Hi my last period was august the 24 but didn't see any in September saw some spotting when I pee October 2 until now Thursday I got a positive but had to do a early ultra sound but they say noting but the tech said it's possible to early and also said
I'm diffently pregnant why is this happen should I be worried

You mean your pegnacy test is positive , but ultasound did not show pregnancy?

well, it takes 5 - 7 weeks for ultrasound to be positive.

I recommend checking quantitave B-hcg levels.

i would be concerende only

if more than 1500 and transvaginal ultrasound is negative.

or more than 6000 and transabdominal ultrasound is negative.

otherwise pregnancy is not visible on ultrasound unless b-hcg levels reach minimum of these values.
