I am 15 weeks pregnsbt with my 2nd child. Every now and then when I move, it feels like my stomach muscles are ripping. It is around my belly button. It is then sore to the touch for awhile. Is this normal

Yes this is very normal. It is called round ligament pain. It is due to stretching of the round ligaments that support the uterus. It is most common in the second trimester. It also may be due to separation of the abdominal muscles which is also common. These are normal aches and pains due to pregnancy and nothing to worry about
