Customer Question

I had a Lap Hysterectomy April 2nd. I feel ok so far, with pains here and there. My thoughts are that I had a D&C and they found a small stage I differential cell. they said I needed a total Hysterectomy (all out) so I did it. They found nothing..no cancer (thank GOD) I did not need any further treatment. Now I lost my ovaries which I am terribly upset. I am in good health otherwise.take no medications. I am 80 years old. I feel fine. Now what is going to happen to me, heart wise, bones and general health without my ovaries which were producing estrogen still...I do now have night sweats. They said I can't take HRT of anykind....what can I do to maintain a healthy status. My parents both died in their late 90's. Thanks for your help.
