I am 49 years old and I haven't had my period in 2 years.

Customer Question

I am 49 years old and I haven't had my period in 2 years. Based on this, I think I am actually in complete menopause. Throughout the last 5 years, I went through some really terrible hot flashes and all. Can I actually get pregnant?

If you have not had a period in a year, this constitutes menopause. Hot flashes are also proof. Without a period in 2 years, you are past menopause and cannot conceive. There is no possibility of pregnancy,
