Hello, I am Dr Owen, I am a Board Certified Ob/Gyn Medical Doctor and I want to help you.
how often are you pumping EACH side?
Are you drinking and EATING appropriately enough?
you mean you are pumping for 10 to 15 minutes, but are you pumping at least every 2 hours per side?
Well usually pumping every 2 hours is what is really needed to produce adequate milk - as that will increase the production.
In addition - there is a medication called Metoclopramide (also known as Reglan) that might help at 10mg per day
more than likely no it will not - to increase production you need to pump more frequently.
but you can also ask your doctor for a prescription to Reglan - the dosage is 10mg per day
you are very welcome
