Dr. Owen :

Can you tell me if these are painful?

Also do these have any fluid within the bumps - such as clear fluid or whitish fluid?

Dr. Owen :

Hi

Customer:

No fluid or pain only a bit irrated from me constantly studing it

Dr. Owen :

okay - this is more than likely just a local dermatitis - this does not sound like any infection....so a type of dermatitis this could be is sebaceous cysts - and just from irritation the labia can Swell from this.

Dr. Owen :

So what you can do for this is use a mild steroid cream such as hydrocortisone -and this should help you.

Dr. Owen :

Unlikely this is anything more seriouis

Dr. Owen :

I hope this helps

Dr. Owen :

If you have more questions, please ask

Dr. Owen :

I'm here to help

Customer:

Ok are you sure its like just one side is a slightly raised patch

Dr. Owen :

I'm about ready to go deliver a baby - so I might have to leave for a bit

Dr. Owen :

This just sounds like a local dermatitis and using a mild steroid cream (hydrocortisone / same thing as cortisol cream) should help this - using this once or twice per day.

Customer:

Thanks
