No fluid or pain only a bit irrated from me constantly studing it
okay - this is more than likely just a local dermatitis - this does not sound like any infection....so a type of dermatitis this could be is sebaceous cysts - and just from irritation the labia can Swell from this.
So what you can do for this is use a mild steroid cream such as hydrocortisone -and this should help you.
Unlikely this is anything more seriouis

Ok are you sure its like just one side is a slightly raised patch
I'm about ready to go deliver a baby - so I might have to leave for a bit
This just sounds like a local dermatitis and using a mild steroid cream (hydrocortisone / same thing as cortisol cream) should help this - using this once or twice per day.
