What are the very early signs of pregnancy as I have missed a period now for a week and test are negative. I have same symptoms as if period is due with vry bad cramping, lower abdominal pains and stomach fluttering, indigestion and constant nausea all day don't understand it and my breast are so heavy and huge but not painful only my nipples.

Greetings,Early signs of pregnancy can be same as you are feeling. Symptoms can vary. You may have symptoms of nausea, breast pain. Changes in the breast can occur 1-2 weeks after fertilization or conception. Fatigue and tiredness can appear as early as one week after the fertilization. Some people become pregnant without any symptom. When tests are negative, you may not be pregnant. Home pregnancy test with first morning sample of urine gives more accurate result than with other urine sample. Home pregnancy test can be positive 3-4 days before the day of scheduled period though sometimes it can take 2 weeks after the missed period to become positive.
