I have a lot of watery, thin discharge, but I am not sure what is going on. A few days ago, my boyfriend and I did a lot of kissing. His pants were off, and his boxers stayed on. He ejaculated a little, and he touched me with only the tip of his head-boxers on. For safety precautions, I took Plan B One-Step. I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but there is a lot of water discharge, with an odor, and I have dark urine. Do you know what this could be?

this could be BV - bacterial vaginosis and hence this could be due to an overgrowth of your own vaginal bacteria due to an increase in the vaginal pH

You can use an over the counter product such as a Probiotic

Well this could be BV - bacterial vaginosis
Fairly common to see (smell)
and this is NOT a STD - but when you have sex - this can cause the vaginal pH to increase and hence vaginal bacteria to overgrow and hence you get this BV
To help you can try an over the counter product such as a Probiotic with Lactobaccillis acidophilus and a good product would be RepHresh.
Also you might need an antibiotic (a prescription) to flagyl or cleocin if the RepHresh will not help by itself

I know this is going to sound childish, but from the information I've given you, is it possible to be pregnant in that way?
Well honestly I do not think soo
so
Why because watery, thin discharge is not a sign of a pregnancy
and, odor is not a sign of a pregnancy
A few days later, I was shaking, had increased heart rate, and nausea, but I believe that was only from anxiety.
Plus you took the emergency contraception
more than likely anxiety and even a reaction to the emergency contraception
And, dark urine - that tells me you are dehydrated

Well, that does make sense considering my work environment.
Yes, I do not think you are pregnant give all that you have said
and, also you should be drinking a lot of water - it will really help
