Hello, and I am pleased to help, use of my answers are for educational purposes only.
Hello this is due to many reasons and as we age there are parts of our body that never really stop growing and the labia also needs estrogen support to prevent atrophy and also to help help to stay supple and to prevent drying.
and a good corollary that you can see - is look at elderly people - their ears - they are much bigger than when they were younger -
Well the labia in some women do tend to grow - and most women to not do anything to this - because to do a labia reduction or labioplasty amounts to plastic surgery - and while there can be outcomes - there are many bad outcomes where women tend to have a lot of pain afterwards -
Also, I would check for diseases too such as diabetes.
I hope this helps,
Thank you

So labia growth is normal - it is normal for this to occur, also this can occur do growth factors such as diabetes - so what you are noticing is truly not that unusual - it is fairly common
So, there really is no particular answer that you are looking for - as this is NOT due to any cancer, infection, or disease process UNLESS there is something else going on in your body.
If you are concerned - a GOOD pelvic exam should be done - but more than likely this will be a normal exam.
