It's a good number in that it means you're pregnant. When we look at HCG, it's more important how it rises than what any single number is. If the HCG is rising well (doubles over 2-3 days, that's good). 81 just tells you that you're pregnant. Congratulations!

Thanks so roughly what should I hope the level to be in 4 days when my next blood test is?

Roughly it will double and double, making it around 320, but there's a pretty wide range of what's normal.
