How tall are you? How much do you weigh? Any weight change? If so, over what period of time?
Have you had a pelvic exam, PAP smear, and ultrasound?
Exactly where is the pain? On a scale of 1-10, what is it? Does it radiate to anywhere else?
Does anything make it better? Does anything make it worse?
When did it start? Is it constant? Is it getting worse?
Do you have any other symptoms associated with your problem? Urinary problem? Bowel problem?
Do you feel like something is pulling your pelvic when you are standing?
Have you been pregnant? How is the outcome?
Are you aware of anything which might have brought this on?
Do you have any medical problems?
Any surgeries?
Are you taking any medications including OTC pills and herbs?
Any family medical history?

I am 5'4". I weigh 145 pounds. I have gained 10 pounds in the last year. I have had a pap smear and pelvic exam. It started with a pain and swelling in my right labia. That went down, but the pain almost feels like extra blood flow. I do feel like I have to urinate all the time. I have been pregnant three times. Two vaginal deliveries and one C section.

No surgeries other than the c-section and the hysterectomy. No medical problems.
Both my parents died from cancer. Breast and lung. I am not taking any herbs or OTC pills.

You could have cytocele that is prolapse of bladder. Other less likely possibility is ovarian tumor. You should see a gyn to have a pelvic exam and ultrasound.
