Hello,

Welcome to Just Answer, I will be glad to assist you.

If the vaginal wetness is fishy in smell and increases during intercourse, it is likely to be bacterial vaginosis, which can be treated with Metronidazole oral medication.

However, if it is just normal secretions, then you could use a Vagisil Deodorant Powder which is talc free which acts as an absorbent of excess secretions.

I hope this helps you

my problem is that i secrete odorless vaginal fluids during intercourse which makes sex unpleasant for both me and my partner as there is very limited sensation. this has affected me pychologically and is making the problem even worse. the wetness only comes during intercourse and i habe regular menstruation and i do not suspect any underlying bacterial infection. it is so extreme that i have to use towels constantly to wipe myself but its the inside that is the issue for me and i do not know to to battle this on going problem. please provide me with further treatment options now that you know more. regards xoxo
