Do you have any itch, pain or burning?
No pain, itching or burning. Just a white foamy discharge.
Are you due for your period any time soon?
No, not for another 2 weeks. Before the white, foamy discharge I had a thick, white discharge. This thick discharge happened during sex. I do have a new sexual partner, but he has no symptoms of any problems
The white foamy discharge could be due to a change in your vaginal pH. It could be because of an increase in the growth of your normal vaginal bacteria. This is called bacterial vaginosis (BV) - this is okay, and nothing to be concerned about. You can try an over the counter product such as RepHresh, and if the discharge continues, you might need a prescription to either Flagyil or Cleocin - which are antibiotics.
