54 year old woman with a palpable breast nodule about 1.5 cm

Resolved Question:

54 year old woman with a palpable breast nodule about 1.5 cm on left breast about 1/4-1/2 inch above nipple. Also swollen anxillary node in left arm pit. wtg. for core needle biopsy results of nodule and fine needle biopsy of node. The two symptoms together have us quite nervous. Are there benign breast problems that can also present like this?
