Sit in water with epsom salts 2-3 times a day. Avoid putting anything on the allergic reaction area, although a little hydrocortisone cream might be OK. Benadryl will probably help the itching. Mostly it needs time to get back to normal. If it's a bad reaction, see your doctor, as you might need some cortisone type pills. Best wishes.
