The vaginal odor is dependent on diet as well as how much water you drink. Certain food can cause an odor such as asparagus, Brussels sprouts, even garlic. If your water intake in insufficient of if you drink a lot of caffeine then your vaginal secretions can be more concentrated giving it a stronger odor. I recommend you increase your water intake and reduce caffeine intake.
If it is a fishy smell then it could be a vaginal infection like bacterial vaginosis (BV) This is caused by a normal inhabitant of the vaginal. It can be treated with flagyl which requires a prescription.
