I am 27, have 3 kids (i dont plan on having any more in the near future) and I have just been diagosed with carcinoma in situ and cin3 of the cervix, along with high risk HPV and polycystic ovarian disease. Is the best treatment option a hysterectomy or are there less invasive procedures that can get rid of this cancer and virus?

A hysterectomy would not be the first line of therapy. A cone biospy is less invasive and can curative AND provide for a better specimen for the pathologist to review. I would be very surprised if your doctor offered this as a first line of therapy.

I hope this helps.
