I am 37 years old I have been married for almost eight years.I have two daughters both borned with cesarian yougest one 15 months old. I have the loop in for pregnancy prevention. The past 5 months I have been experiencing a very strong different smell not pleasant what can cause this, please I want my natural smell back

What you are experiencing may be a slight shift in the normal flora (bacteria) of the vagina which is leading to your odor. This is not an sexually transmitted disease and happens from women from time to time. An exam by your physician is in order as they take a sample of your discharge and examine it under the microscope. It is easily treated with antibiotics and will clear up within a few days after treatment.
