can a horse's semen be harmful to a woman's vagina?
Hi,
Horse's semen itself would not be harmful but sometimes it may contain contaminants or other microbes like spirochetes which can cause an infection in the humans. So because of that it can be harmful.
Regards.

how harmful would it be if the bacteria got inside a female vagina? could it result in an illness or disability? is that infection treatable with, lets say, antibiotics? How common is it for semen to contain it? what would the signs of infection be and how soon could you tell you've got infected and how?
These bacteria are potentially harmful, although not all of them would cause disease in humans. It can result in vaginal infection which can be treated with antibiotics. I don't know how common is it but most animals do contain many different microbes, especially spirochetes, around their genital area and few of these can cause infection in humans. Signs of infection include abnormal vaginal discharge, itching, burning or pain sensation, abdominal pain, fever etc. Infection can be diagnosed with a physical examination and vaginal smear/swab tests done by your doctor.
Regards.
