I am 31 days since my last period I have taken 2 pregnancy test both which have come back negative Should I be worried that I am pregnant?

You can still be pregnant and too early for the test to turn positive. Usually a test will be reliably positive about 14 days after ovulation/conception. You could have a blood test at your doctors office to know for sure.

It could be that you are just having an irregular period this month..but by seeing your doctor and having bloodwork it can put your mind at ease.
