my white blood cell count was slightly elevated to 14000.

my white blood cell count was slightly elevated to 14000. is that something to be worried about? i am 6.5 months pregnant

It can be normal in pregnancy to have a slightly elevated white count. I would definitely agree that if you are having symptoms of infection or other concerning symptoms to have them evaluated.

I think the repeat CBC in a few days is also a very good idea and will hopefully be reassuring.

I am not really having any other symptoms. I guess I want to know if 14000 is anything to really worry about. thanks

An isolated white blood cell count of 14000 is not worrisome. I would definitely look at the comparison CBC and to be sure you could follow it up postpartum.
