Hello my name is ***** ***** thank you for your question.

What model 2004 Nissan is this? Also how are you determining something is draining the battery?

Let me know..

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
As soon as I put the new one in I tried to start it once and the battery died again. I'm single with my 2 huge dogs broke down in a bad neighborhood in LA. The battery is again at Auto zone getting charged

Don't want to call
Expert:  Jay replied 1 month ago.

What brand battery is it? What Model Nissan is this?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
2004 Nissan Titan LE 5.6 just bought a die-hard yesterday
Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Paid a mobile mechanic to come and he changed the camshaft sensor and left
Expert:  Jay replied 1 month ago.

Die Hards are not the best battery. I can tell you that. Don't see to many battery issues with Titans. Does the truck turn over and not start?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
sir
Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Sounds like it's not getting gas looked underneath and the ground strap behind the oil pan was broken so I replaced it.
Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Now there is constant clicking sound when the battery is hooked up
Expert:  Jay replied 1 month ago.

I have seen where the Ecm relay goes bad in the IPDM. How handy are you?

Expert:  Jay replied 1 month ago.

What do you mean a constant clicking sound? When you try to start the truck you are getting Rapid Clicking?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
But another kind of clicking when I'm not even trying
Expert:  Jay replied 1 month ago.

Do you know if you have remote start on your truck?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
I'm pretty handy not too worried about breaking a nail but limited On now tools
Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Don't know about about remote start
Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Sorry typing on a phone
Expert:  Jay replied 1 month ago.

If you are getting a pattern type clicking once the battery is hooked up, that could be a after market alarm that may be installed on your truck. You would need to look under the drivers side dash to see if you have a after market alarm control unit. If you do, then it would need to be unplugged.

OK will do that as soon as I'm back from AutoZone
Expert:  Jay replied 1 month ago.

ok

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
How do I know what is after factory
Expert:  Jay replied 1 month ago.

What do you mean?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
The clicking has stopped, the battery was at 100% tried or a few times all no start and the battery is dead again
Expert:  Jay replied 1 month ago.

Does all electrical power just disappear

Expert:  Jay replied 1 month ago.

Also did you get that Cam Sensor at auto zone also?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Did get it from AutoZone
Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Not everything died completely for a while
Expert:  Jay replied 1 month ago.

I have seen a poor battery connect cause power to go out. That is why I was asking.

After Market Cam Sensors are known not to work right. It's always best to get the Sensors from the dealer.

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Kinda in a bad spot
Expert:  Jay replied 1 month ago.

If power goes out, try loosing the battery terminal and twisting it and see if power returns. Simply loosing it up and re-positioning it could resolve the poor battery connection
