My daughter's 2015 Sentra SV with the IntelliKey

My daughter's 2015 Sentra SV with the IntelliKey system...both fobs have failed. Replaced battery in one but no success. Can not start car. There is no way to insert mechanical key to get the car to run? Correct. What will I need to do to get this corrected?
JA: Have you checked the fob's battery?
Customer: I put a new replacement in one of the fobs. Yes.
JA: Are you fixing your Sentra yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Just replace one battery in one fob. Car still will not start.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have found no place to use the mechanical key inside the car.
